How long before an item I’ve ordered ships?
Most items that are in stock will ship within 2 days, however if an item is not in stock and needs to be printed then it would ship in about 7 days. I ship as soon as I can and do send email updates. Wearable items may take longer, as these are often made to measure.
Can you make something customised just for me?
Yes. Send me a mail with info on what you want, we can discuss your needs one on one.
I already have a digital model file and I just want it printed, can you help?
In most cases, definitely yes. Reach out with details and we can discuss this. Sometimes this might not be possible.
